Returns and Refunds
At Woodical, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied with your item, we offer a flexible return policy to make things right.
Our Return Process:
- Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in new, unused condition and include the original receipt or proof of purchase. Products should be returned in their original packaging, including all components, to ensure a safe and easy return.
- Refunds: We strive to process refunds as quickly as possible. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method within 10–15 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.
- Exchanges: If you’d prefer a different size, color, or product, simply initiate an exchange by reaching out to us at [email protected]. We’ll guide you through selecting a new item and facilitate the return process for the original item. Exchanges are subject to availability, so we recommend contacting us promptly.
- Gift Returns: Items received as gifts can also be returned, but the refund will be provided in the form of store credit. Please provide the original order number or proof of purchase when returning a gift.
Important Considerations:
- Custom or Personalized Items: Please note that custom-made or personalized items are crafted exclusively for you, and therefore, they may not be eligible for returns or exchanges unless there is a quality issue or defect.
- Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll arrange for a replacement or full refund, including any shipping costs incurred.
- Restocking Fees: In certain cases, returned items may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 10%. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount and is generally applied to items returned without the original packaging or components.
Return Shipping:
For most returns, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. However, if the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as Woodical cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
